By accessing or using receipt2csv ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
receipt2csv lets you upload receipt images or PDFs, extract data (e.g. merchant, date, tax, total) using automated processing, and export the results to CSV. The Service is provided on a pay-per-use credit model; you receive free credits on sign-up and may purchase additional credits.
3. Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Not upload content that infringes others' rights or that you do not have the right to use.
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are consumed when the Service successfully extracts data from a receipt. Failed or invalid extractions do not consume credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change credit pricing or pack sizes with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the receipt files and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that extraction results will be complete or accurate. You are responsible for verifying data before using it for accounting, tax, or other purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
